Very loud 80s top / jacket by ARC Sydney. Big shoulder pants, open kimono style with short sleeves. Metallic pink and blue flowers on a black base. In overall good condition with no rips, holes or stains and minimal signs of wear. Tagged a vintage 16, equivalent of a modern 12 but can fit a size 10 comfortably.
